The mobile home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms (beds for 8 people), a living and dining room featuring an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC, and a large covered terrace. The property is fitted with air conditioning, hot air heating, a hot water boiler, a washing machine, a fridge, a gas cooker, a microwave and a TV with a satellite system. In addition, there is a car parking space and a shed with three bicycles.
The holiday park "SIBLU LA RESERVE" offers a water park with pools and a covered swimming pool, a restaurant with bar and shopping facilities, a bathing lake with a private beach area, a marina and boat rental, as well as children's clubs with supervision and entertainment. Pets are allowed. Unrestricted use is permitted during the opening hours of the holiday park, which is closed only during December and January. The property may be rented out through "SIBLU LA RESERVE" when not in personal use.
